Upon successfully completing your purchase:
1. Check Your Email
After your purchase is successful, look for an order confirmation email. This email will contain download links for your digital files. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your Spam or Promotional folder.
2. Access the Download Links
Open the order confirmation email and locate the download links provided. Click on each link to initiate the download of your digital files.
3. Log Into Your Account (Optional)
If you have an account with Qalby Studios shop, log in to access your order history. Navigate to the “Downloads” section to find and download your purchased files.
4. Save Your Files
Once the downloads are complete, ensure you save the files to a secure location on your device for easy access. From this point onwards, you can now sync the files with your desired music player.
** iOS users: Unfortunately, you can’t directly add downloaded song files to the Music app on your iPhone. Apple has designed the Music app to primarily work with songs purchased or streamed through Apple Music. However, there are a few workarounds:
1. Use a third-party app: Many third-party music players, like VLC or DoubleTwist, can play various audio formats and allow you to import files from your device.
2. Convert to a compatible format: If your downloaded files aren’t in a compatible format (like WAV, MP3 or AAC), you can use a converter app or website to change them.
3. Sync through iTunes:If you have a Mac or PC, you can connect your iPhone to it and use iTunes to transfer music files to your device. (Recommended)

If you encounter any issues with downloading your files or hitting the download limit (by accident or due to poor internet connection), please reach out for support and assistance.
